Get Bike Service maintains and repairs your e-bike at your home, whenever it suits you. An appointment is quickly made and often possible within three days.

Shimano Service Centers
There are 150+ Shimano Service Centers in the Netherlands, so there is always one near you.
Shimano Service Centers are a worldwide network of independent bicycle retailers. These are Shimano trained and certified bicycle mechanics.
Because of the Shimano components on the Levante E4 e-bike, you can always go to a Shimano Service Center near you for maintenance or any repairs.

Insurance
Insure your Levante e-bike at Kingpolis. In case of theft, you will receive the same new e-bike, up to 5 years after purchase. Every Levante e-bike is equipped with a KIWA certified GPS tracker as standard, so that it can be accurately traced in case of theft. We have experienced this in practice several times with customers and so far have a 100% "recovery" score of stolen E4 e-bikes.

At Levante we only use top technology from Shimano. All important parts, such as engine, battery, gears and brakes are widely available and easy to repair or replace at a Shimano Service Center.

How does making a repair appointment work?
After reporting an urgent problem with the bicycle, Levante will send its mobile service to your home, usually within 3 working days.
You can easily report the possible problem to our customer service in our app, either via video calling or chat.
If it is a warranty case, no costs will be charged. If the repair is your fault, or for example major damage or very careless use, then costs will be charged for this.
We will then schedule the repair appointment with our service partner.
What is included in a maintenance service?
Levante will proactively indicate when a maintenance service for your e-bike is needed and where it can be performed. During a maintenance service, the following checks are performed:
- Check brakes and replace brake pads if necessary
- Check tires, wheels, spokes, mudguards
- Check lighting
- Adjust drive belt
- Check screws, lubricate rotating parts
The maintenance service is at a certified maintenance shop in your city or neighborhood, or at home.
For which issues do we not come to your home?
We do not come to your home with the repair service for a flat/empty tire, empty battery (because it is not charged), squeaky brakes, adjusting the handlebar/saddle height, tightening bolts.
For everything else, we will come to your home for repairs after an initial consultation.
What are the terms and conditions of the theft insurance?
After purchasing your Levante E4, you can take out theft insurance for your e-bike via Kingpolis. We will send you information about this after purchase.
We offer the insurance based on your postcode area for the best price. In case of theft of your Levante e-bike, you will receive the same new e-bike, up to 5 years after purchase.
The following conditions apply:
- You must be able to demonstrate that your e-bike was locked with 2 locks. This can be done by sending a photo of the 4 keys (used and spare keys) with the newspaper of that day to Levante. The bike was then locked by means of the fixed ring lock and an additional ART2 approved chain lock with which the e-bike was attached to a pole, for example.
- The deductible in case of theft is €50.
- Sending the police report of the theft notification.
If these conditions are met in case of theft, you will receive the same new e-bike back from us. Please note: you will not receive any money.
